Ken is known for using a person-centered approach to help his clients address specific career issues, and with more than a decade of experience in career development, he has coached early career starters, leaders, and specialists across Asia and Europe while helping them map their KSAs (knowledge, strengths, abilities) for better-informed decision-making.
Ken delivers application-based workshops on career planning, employability, elevator pitches, and soft skills, with clientele including SIM University, Nanyang Technological University, PSB Academy, James Cook University, Nanyang Polytechnic, National Library SG, and Nuren Group.
Formerly a Senior Business Development Manager for over 13 years, Ken closed deals with SOEs, multinationals, conglomerates, and SMEs across 14 countries, won the “Most Dedicated Sales Staff of the Year” award in 2010 and 2011, and mentored team members in consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation techniques.
He also served as a Council Member for CDAS – Career Development Association of Singapore, is currently a member of CDI UK, CDAA, and APCDA, and contributes articles and speaking engagements on career development, employability, and talent development practices across Southeast Asia.
