Lim Yenny

Lim Yenny is a leadership trainer and coach with nearly two decades of experience at A.P. Moller – Maersk, where she held commercial and sales leadership roles before transitioning into a regional position as Asia Pacific Training Manager. Her work focused on developing leadership capability and strengthening communication and commercial effectiveness across teams.

 

Yenny is known for her engaging and practical facilitation style, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights. She designs and facilitates programmes in Value-Based Selling, First-Time Leadership, Business Storytelling, and Developing People Through Coaching, helping professionals and managers build confidence, influence, and leadership capability in the workplace.
