Martin Ma is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in talent assessment and leadership development. Martin has held consulting roles with global leadership advisory firms including Korn Ferry, SHL, and DDI (Development Dimensions International), where he specialised in talent assessment, leadership development frameworks, succession planning, and executive coaching. He works with organisations across healthcare, technology, consumer goods, energy, and financial services to design leadership development initiatives that translate learning into practical business impact.
His clients include organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck, adidas, ExxonMobil, BASF, and ByteDance. Martin holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Peking University and is certified in several assessment and facilitation methodologies including Hogan, OPQ, Talent Q, and DISC.
