Christine is a seasoned leadership development practitioner with more than 20 years of global experience at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she held senior Learning and Development leadership roles across the United States, China, and Taiwan. She has led the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives for global leaders, supporting organisational capability building from new manager readiness to high-potential and executive leadership development.
She has partnered with consulting organisations and senior business stakeholders to implement enterprise-wide leadership programmes, and has also independently designed customised solutions aligned with strategic business priorities. Her extensive experience leading and developing cross-cultural teams enables her to bring practical insight and cultural sensitivity to leadership development across diverse organisational contexts.
Christine facilitates programmes in both English and Mandarin, across in-person and virtual environments. Her areas of expertise include leadership and management effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, and onboarding. As a Certified Coach, she is passionate about supporting leaders in strengthening capability, building confidence, and achieving sustained performance in today’s evolving workplace.
