Lam Yue Pak (YP) is an experienced corporate coach, trainer, consultant, and speaker who works with organisations across Malaysia and Singapore to develop leadership capability and strengthen organisational performance. A strong advocate of sustainability and responsible leadership, he is passionate about helping individuals and businesses transform through leadership development programmes, executive coaching, and practical business solutions.

 

Guided by the values of Courage, Humility, and Integrity, YP developed “Leadership Chi”, a values-based leadership approach that supports leaders in cultivating clarity, resilience, and authentic influence.

 

YP began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds certifications as a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coach, DISC Assessor, Behavioural Consultant, and Core Strengths Facilitator. His recent clients include organisations such as Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd, Mattel Malaysia Sdn Bhd, NTT Data Malaysia, Jungheinrich APAC, Exyte Singapore and Punjab Thermal Power, Pakistan.
