The WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ is based on the Five-Factor Model, the current gold standard of personality measurement by psychologists and researchers. The assessment contains 93 online questions that can be completed in 15 minutes. It reveals an individual’s 5 personality supertraits and 23 subtraits.
