Peter Zhang

A Senior Principal Consultant with more than 20 years of experience across CICC, Ericsson, IBM and other leading consulting firms, Peter specialises in project management, strategy execution, leadership development and coaching, organisational performance improvement, and talent and organisational development, with particular expertise in project management and agile innovation consulting.

Over the course of his career, he has provided project management consulting for organisations including Huawei, China Mobile, China Telecom, Alibaba, Alibaba Cloud, Amazon, BMW, Shell Retail, PwC, CNOOC, Novo Nordisk, Merck, Takeda, AstraZeneca and Ipsen. He has also served hundreds of multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises across manufacturing, mobile Internet, IT, engineering, energy, pharmaceuticals and ICT, reaching tens of thousands of participants.

As a special expert, Peter has led competency model construction and talent development projects for the National Institute of Human Resources for Service Outsourcing (NISO) and the China Association of Private Hospitals, and has lectured at leading universities including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He holds a Master of Project Management (MPM) from George Washington University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), SDI® Master Trainer, and certified trainer in Agile & Scrum, Design Thinking and PSS.
