Piboon is a highly experienced Human Resources leader and consultant with more than 40 years of broad-based experience across multinational corporations and leading local organisations in the healthcare, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors. He brings deep expertise in Human Resources and General Management, with hands-on leadership across workforce operations, employee relations, compensation and performance management, talent and succession planning, as well as operational functions including supply and facility management.
He has held senior Human Resources leadership roles with prominent organisations such as Bumrungrad International Hospital, B.Grimm Holding Co., Ltd., Seagate Technology (Thailand), and Ericsson Thailand Ltd., and previously served as Principal Consultant with Willis Towers Watson. His extensive experience spans both strategic advisory and operational leadership, enabling organisations to strengthen workforce capability, enhance employee engagement, and improve organisational effectiveness.
Piboon currently serves as President of the Thailand Human Resources Certification Institute (Thailand–HRCI), a sister organisation of the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), contributing to the advancement of HR professional standards in Thailand. He also serves as an independent HR consultant and career transition coach, advising private and public sector organisations on Thai Labour Law, talent development, career management, and workforce excellence aligned with the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) framework.
