Raj has over 29 years of working experience, with 22 years focused on learning, training, leadership development, talent management, and organisational engagement across public and private sectors. In these 22 years of HR development work, she has helped a wide spectrum of people—from frontline cashiers to Senior Directors and Vice-Presidents—realise individual and corporate goals, and has trained and coached participants from Korea, China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Singapore, Lesotho, Egypt, and Turkey.
She is certified in Workplace Big Five, DISC, Neethling Brain Instrument, Lominger/Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect and 360 Voices Instrument, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Situational Leadership II, and Situational Self Leadership by Ken Blanchard Associates, USA. She has coached individual contributors and people managers for personal development, promotion readiness, and career transitions, customising her approach using multiple tools based on each client’s unique background, personality, and motivations.
