Chien Ping (CP) is a seasoned HR and L&OD practitioner with more than 15 years in learning and organisation development, talent management and HR business partnering roles covering Singapore and the wider South-East Asia and APAC region. He is also an associate consultant, lecturer, Facilitator and coach with various training and consultancy providers (e.g. SHL, Gallup) and universities (e.g. NTU, Murdouch University), supporting the professional and career development from fresh graduates to senior executives.

CP is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is also accredited in US as a Global Career Development Facilitator and Instructor (GCDF/GDCFi) and in Singapore as a Career Facilitation Practitioner. With more than 300 hours of coaching and mentoring clocked, he has coached more than 50 individuals, career-seekers, people managers, heads of departments and c-suite leaders who lead regional and global functions. He is well-versed with various well-known 360 feedback assessments such as Voices360 by Korn Ferry, PLA by Linkage Inc, Benchmarks by CCL and Hogan360, and has designed bespoke 360 assessments for some of his clients. He is also a certified practitioner in 12 different psychometric profiling assessments such as Workplace Big Five, MBTI, OPQ32, CliftonStrengths and Hogan Assessment.
