The B❒X®

Every change begins with a shift in mindset

Think outside the box — literally.

The B❒X® by InnoGreat takes the familiar phrase and makes it tangible. Created by master facilitator Jimbo Clark and delivered in over 30 countries, it is a physical box that participants use to map their own assumptions, patterns, and unspoken rules across six surfaces.

They then step outside that thinking and rebuild it  leaving the session with a personal artefact they designed themselves. The shift does not stay in the training room. It goes home in their hands.

The same tool works for a one-to-one coaching session or a conference of 500. It requires no workbooks to translate, runs in any language, and adapts to virtually any topic or objective.

The B❒X® Difference

Virtual and Hybrid Ready

The B❒X creates a shared experience through a meaningful physical artifact that deepens discussion and insight across any location. It is easier to send a B❒X to someone than to bring them into a training room.

Scalable from 1 to 1,000

Imagine using the same tool one day for executive coaching, and the next for a conference of hundreds of people. The B❒X becomes your go-to for breaking through unconscious barriers and enabling results at any scope and scale.

Participants Directed Change

One size does not fit all. The B❒X is not prescriptive, it does not tell people what to think or how to change. Instead, it guides participants to explore their own thinking and create new models that unlock fresh possibilities and results.

No Workbooks

Everything required to create a truly memorable workshop is built into The B❒X, an artifact that continues to support lasting change well beyond the program itself.

And It's FUN!

The B❒X uses a research based, multi sensory approach to engage both mind and body, helping participants generate new possibilities and build habits that lead to better results.

B❒X® Use Cases

Some clients call it the Swiss Army Knife of change. That captures it well. The same tool, used with intent, opens very different conversations depending on what you put around it. Here are some of the ways teams across the region and around the world are putting the B❒X to work.

Team Alignment

Team alignment

When a leadership team cannot agree on what they are trying to do or how they want to work together, no amount of strategy work will fix it. The B❒X helps each person draw out the boundaries of their individual thinking first, then helps the group build a shared box to operate within. That shared box becomes a working agreement, covering the goals everyone is chasing, the behaviours they will hold each other to, and the measures that actually matter.

Team chemistry

Cross-cultural teams carry a lot of unspoken assumptions about how things should be done. The B❒X surfaces those assumptions in a way that feels safe rather than confronting. It has been used at scale, including rollouts to thousands of employees across multiple countries, to build empathy and shared language inside diverse global workforces.

Senior leadership alignment

Executives often discover, halfway through a B❒X session, that they have been using the same words to mean different things. The tool gives them a way to challenge their own assumptions, get aligned on direction, and shape a communication plan the rest of the organisation can actually follow.

Onboarding

The mindset that gets someone hired is rarely the mindset that helps them thrive. New hires, especially top performers fresh from university, often need help making the shift from individual contribution to working inside a complex organisation. The B❒X gives them a structured way to think about that shift in their first weeks on the job.

Stretch goal achievement

Comfort is the quiet killer of ambition. When a leadership team or sales force has been winning for a while, complacency settles in. The B❒X helps people see the thinking that is keeping them in the safe zone, and gives them a shared language for stepping back out of it.

Creativity

Most people believe they are not creative. The B❒X helps them notice that creativity is less about talent and more about thinking. Participants explore whether they are an “in the box” or “out of the box” creative, then work out how to use their natural style alongside others to solve real problems.

Keynotes and kick-offs

The B❒X scales easily from fifty to five hundred plus participants. Every person has their own box to work with, so pairs, tables, and small groups can do activities without extra facilitators. With the right sound and lighting, a single facilitator can hold a very large room.

If you are planning a conference, kick-off, or town hall, the B❒X can turn a passive listening event into something your people will still be talking about months later.

Sustainability

The first step towards a more sustainable organisation is a shift in thinking. From me to we. From “I can’t” to “I can”. From reducing harm to creating good. B❒X programmes have been used by the United Nations, major corporates, and educational institutions to drive the kind of mindset change that leads to genuinely different choices.

Transitions

Whether someone is stepping into a new role, preparing for senior leadership, or returning from extended leave, the B❒X gives them a way to map the thinking that fits the next chapter. It works in large group settings and just as well in one to one coaching.

Education

Schools and universities use the B❒X with secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. Common applications include anti-bullying programmes, creative thinking development, and career counselling, all of which benefit from helping young people see their own thinking more clearly.
