Shwu Ping’s key expertise in strategic Workforce Transformation, Talent & Succession Management, Team Performance and People Development for the past 19 years has defined her experience across industries from Financial Institutions, Medical Technology, Consumer Electronics, Transportation, Technology, Consultancy and Telecommunications and Automobile for private and social enterprises.

Shwu Ping has enjoyed a successful career as a director, collaborating with C-Suites and Leaders building high performance teams for successful business performance outcomes. She also held positions working closely with teams, managers and rank and file to realise their capabilities and potential through transformation programs, cultivating Leaders, Hi-potentials and workforce competencies in the organization.

She is a dynamic people development practitioner; energetic towards cultivating a flourishing and transformation mindset. Having lived and worked in Singapore and New York, Shwu Ping is a curious learner with an appreciation for diverse life experiences, culture and people, enriching her engagements across Asia Pacific, China, US and Europe professionally and personally.

Shwu Ping has developed and designed strategic interventions and programs, facilitated and coached leadership and team members in leadership practices, team performance management, communication and conflict management, psychological workplace safety and overall personal effectiveness skills.
